Why did I get sent back to the login page
after I entered my name and contact information and tried to continue?
The most common reason this happens is because your browser is not set
up to accept "cookies" or that the browser does not have "Javascript" turned on.
Follow the steps below and "if" they do not solve the problem, then it could be
that you are losing your internet connection while you are trying to complete the
assessment. In this case, please use a different computer.
To turn cookies on:
America Online - go to the MyAOL menu, select Preferences, then select WWW,
then select the Security tab, then click on Custom Level, then scroll down
to Cookies and check the Enable circles for both cookie types.

Why don't the select circles (radio buttons) line up?
You have the text size (font size) set to a larger size in your browser.
Microsoft Internet Explorer - click VIEW, then change TEXT SIZE(Font size)..., to
medium (if they still don't line up, go smaller).
Netscape Navigator - click VIEW, then change TEXT SIZE(Font size)..., to 100% or
original size (if they still don't line up, go smaller).
